Hat #1 Snap by Tin Can Knits using Rainy Day Yarns Dream Sock in The Grass is Always Greener colorway along with superwash Merino DK by Fancy Image Yarns in three of their in house Seahawk colorways to create the fade effect. This hat is fun and unique and knits up quick as the fingering was held double along with a dk weight. I enjoyed this hat and feel I could honestly knit many from stash. If you have fingering weight sock yarn you want to do something different with this is it. Pattern sizes range from baby through adult.
The second hat was the Subtly Cabled Hat by Lisa Ellis! This is another easy fun hat to knit! The yarn I used is Jarbo Garn Raggi! This pattern can be purchased on Ravelry.
Carmel, knit Newborn Vertebrae by Kelly van Niekirk! This is a popular pattern for newborn babies to get tummy time with their new mums, and it’s a free Ravelry download! It’s a bonding thing. BUT, it also just a little baby cardigan basically. Carmel used Knit Picks Felici, a favorite yarn of hers. The self striping colors are really pretty.
