…makes me think of the song “Smoke On The Water” by Deep Purple! But this shawl is by Cally Monster (Monsterknits on Ravelry)! Cally used 4 shades of Baah! Sonoma, a gorgeous dk weight yarn! I am in love with these ‘fade’ type projects. I have to admit that haven’t cast on for one yet, but it’s super on my mind. If I did cast on for one, I would definitely purchase yarns specifically for fade knitting. I think this is an awesome example of such yarn. This is a paid pattern on Ravelry.
